I don't know how people don't take into considering the controller in these things. The different between and Xbox One and PS4 controller is HUGE. I had a PS1 and PS2, and to me, those controllers are the best 3D game controllers ever. But for FPS, the original Xbox and then 360... those offset analog sticks were just better imo. To this day, if I played a FPS on Xbox One and then PS4, I do better with the Xbox One's controller. I don't know if it's muscle memory (first time I played an online FPS was on the original Xbox) or what, but I just don't think I'll ever enjoy my PS4 for FPS... and it's solely because of the analog stick placement.
