I think its something thats common? or happends alot, you get scared of something, then afterwards your releaved and then you realise how silly it was to be that scared (of something not real) and you laugh.
Same thing is common with horror movies.
After a scare scene, you remind yourself your safe, its not real, your just sitting in a dark movie theature, and your in no danger, its silly you reacted scared at all, because you really have nothing to be scared off.... thats the logical part of your self. Then you laugh, right after having been frightend.
