Red Faction: Guerrilla. One of the best open world games ever made and the destruction is still amazing to this day. Multiplayer is also some of the most fun i've ever had in a game.
I bought the game 2 times on the PS3 and own a 3rd version of it on Steam. Would love to see it get a next-gen re-release just because I feel like the game is very underrated.
