Twilight Princess was confirmed for Wii at E3 2006, the same conference where Wii was fully revealed. However, Wii was first shown at E3 2005 as "Revolution", and at that time Twilight Princess was still listed as Gamecube exclusive.

But not released. If it releases and is still considered a Wii U exclusive, what then? I'm not making the bet. Do you want a year after the NX drops? That'll be 2018.
