No; we know Miyamoto's generalization over all realistic games nowadays. Which equals to take every single game that aims for realism and throw it into the same place.

There are cartoony games with great graphics. Broken Age, Ni No Kuni, Rayman Origins/Legends, R&C, Mario Galaxy, etc.
And there are cartoony games with horrendous, shitty graphics like Star Fox.
The same can be said about games trying to achieve realistic graphics.
