Its one of those family friendly movies that might actually appeal to the mom and dad as well,... esp if they where gamers and fans of the series.
I dont think the higher % of viewers will be fans, that sounds unrealistic.
I think it has a high chance to generate a new fan following out of the kids that go see the movie, and maybe get the game as well.
The next Ratchet and Clank, might see better sales, than this Rachet and clank.
