It's just business. I didn't see you complain about SFV, Shenmue III, Persona 5, FF VII remake or any other exclusive deal Sony moneyhatted. A lot more than MS as well.

Because those games would sell like shit on Xbox. Especailly FF VII and Persona.

Persona and Shenmue never sell well.
