Crystal Dynamics “sympathizes” with Tomb Raider fans on “other platforms"

I thought since Microsoft is publishing this game (publishers fund games) this can't show up on ps4 unless they remake the game kind of like Ninja Gaiden 2 or Dead Rising . Phil said he won't fund games if it just going to show up on another platform.
