Which 3rd party franchises should Nintendo try to get for the NX?

They should really try and get everything, but these right here would be the most important ones to get.

Oh and I forgot Battlefield and Assassin's Creed.

The thing is that people who buy consoles for those games will get a PS or a Xbox machine, because those catter better to their interests. I think those IPs won't come back to Nintendo after the WiiU. And if they come, they'll sell as well as the WiiU versions, making 3rd parties go away once again.
