Doesn't really matter to me, it is fiction, they can have whatever accents they want.  I just know that on average British voice acting seems to be superior.  It is like when you get an audio book, if the narrator is British then he or she is usually amazing, but American narrators are hit or miss.

Believability and consistency are cornerstones of science-fiction. This isn't fantasy.
