Because people have different tastes and opinions? Otherwise why bother even having different games or consoles?
Shenmue 3 - I gave both of the original games a shot when they released on Dreamcast. Even as a huge Sega fanboy, they bored me to death. Thus, Shenmue on PS4 or Xbone or PC does literally nothing for me.
FF7 Remake - I'm not 15 year old Ludicrous_Speed any more. I don't do JRPG's anymore. FFIX is the last FF game I have played. FF7 Remake on any platform does literally nothing for me.
The Last Guardian - Looks good. Of course, it looked good like 10 years ago as well. This game is not even on my radar until they completely confirm a release date and I see it on the shelf.
Horizon - Looked incredible graphically. But this is Guerrilla Games, I need to see more of how it plays, and how the story is before I'd get excited for it. GG always have great graphics. They also (imo) always have ridiculous art and ho hum gameplay/story. We already see the bad art.
Uncharted - Looked fantastic. But we all knew it would. Nothing I saw really looked new. To me its become like a CoD E3 demo. You just know a lot of scripted craziness is coming, so you become dull to it. A shame next gen hardware hasn't changed any of that.
Dreams - Never cared for LBP, this game isn't on my radar at all.
I think that pretty much covers what Sony showed that wasn't multiplatform? Let me know if I missed anything. And for MS:
Halo 5 - Looked good. And expected. Though, Warzone looked like a blast. I would say it was as good as Uncharted.
New Gears reveal - My favorite moment of the show. So tense, such engrossing atmosphere. Cannot wait to see more.
Forza 6 - It's racing. It's Forza. It's nice that they have rain now. I don't watch Forza at E3 because I usually don't buy the games because they always pull some shady content/DLC shenanigans.
Fable - Another one I kind of tuned out of. Only interested in this if it gets strong word of mouth.
ReCore - It was just a CGI trailer, so I could not care less.
Cuphead - Looked amazing. Looked like old school fun with amazing graphical style. aka another possible Ori.
RareReplay - 2nd biggest moment of the whole E3 for me. Jet Force Gemini, Battletoads, RC Pro Am, Blast Corps, among many other gems? Only $30? Incredible.
Gears Ultimate Beta - They revealed this and launched it that day. Been enjoying it greatly thus far.
Game previews - This will get better as time goes on, but the ability to demo a game in development and try it out before you buy is great. It's been popular on PC, people seem to be ignoring its announcement on console.
360 BC - another feature that will just get better as time goes on. So much salt, so much downplay. The Xbone library will get a lot bigger. And you already saw at E3, companies offering free companion games with Xbone software purchases.
Tomb Raider - Another in the Uncharted/CoD category. Looked good and looked fun, but it was heavily scripted to look that way. I would put it right alongside Uncharted.
So for me, MS "won" pretty easily.
