I thought it was coming soon? Could've sworn I saw something about it. Yep official Sony website says PS4 TBC.
OT: Guess I just never thought about it but yeah this is a form of BC. And Sony has been doing it for a while now with PS3/Vita nd PS4. Cross-Buy is a great value as you pay once and have the game on several or all PS platforms.
And of course people will try to discount it.
Q: If a game is on the 360 and you paid for it then it becomes available on your XB1 and you don't have to pay for it again, yet they call that backward compatibility, and a game is on the PS3 and you paid for it then it becomes available on the PS4, yet they call it cross-buy, what the H E double hockey sticks is the difference?
A: Semantics.
