looking back, fast racing neo is an indie title, so I don't think they would put it up regardless. Devil's third and ff5 have tbd dates for NA, but I truly think the reason for excluding those 2 was to keep a family friendly list up there

Let's go with your family friendly and not indie list...

where is Mighty No 9 (which is getting a disc release in September 15 ( http://www.amazon.com/Mighty-No-9-Wii-U-nintendo/dp/B00VZAQ34Q/ref=sr_1_2_twi_3_gam?s=videogames&ie=UTF8&qid=1434656492&sr=1-2 ) or...

Rodea the sky soldier releasing on October 13th ( http://www.amazon.com/Rodea-Sky-Soldier-Wii-U-nintendo/dp/B00TXCBT4M/ref=sr_1_5?s=videogames&ie=UTF8&qid=1434656538&sr=1-5 ) ?

Mighty number 9 is indie. It was funded through kickstarter by comcept, an small company made from an ex-capcom member.

Rodea the sky soldier is not indie, but given the scale of the game (it was made for the wii, and had it graphics upgraded for the wii u), it may as well be indie. I would assume similar logic is applied to harvest moon: seeds of memories
