No, i'm saying the opposite. Games running in BC are worse than remasters. So if BC is better than PSNow because PSnow has a lower quality experience than remasters are better than BC because BC is a lower quality experience.

Of course they are worse. But they are the same on the console which enables bc, sometimes even better than they were. PSNow makes the game worse than it once was, due to input delay and compression. Of course remasters look better than before, that's why you pay twice. For bc you don't pay twice.
