They're part of one platform, so that couldn't happen. It's like saying that the ipad cannibalizes iphone sales of vice versa. You could argue that the existance of one effects the sales of the other, but none of that matters when all the money is going in the same place. The installed base wouldn't be handheld and console; it would just be platform. Not 50m vs 50m; 100m.
