But Smash is what you're talking about, because Smash, and now Hyrule Warriors, is what every game will be on the unified platform. You'd have all the Zelda games. They'd just all be available on both platforms instead of half on one and half on the other. And they'd have content exclusive to one or the other, just like those examples.
There'd be no MK8. Just MK7 on both the handheld and the home console, but with maybe some exclusive racers on each or something. If you own both, all the exclusive racers are playable on both your copies. That sort of thing.
