That doesn't mean shit to be honest. They start R&D as soon as one console is complete.
I think it is more logical from a business point of view that the NX is a handheld, powerful enough to handle Wii U level type games and its home console brother. They can't really afford to fuck up their handheld business, which I think it is more of a priority than the home console side.
