No but it does benefit them if gamers use/buy games on PC vs consoles. So they support, and release, games on their service while opening up to a market of gamers that wont buy there games otherwise.

My PC could have never run Portal 2 when it released so I was glad to buy it on ps3. They got a healthy few dollars from someone who probably otherwise wouldn't have given them.

Nintendo have embraced mobile, they are testing the waters. But the market they aren't serving is far larger than the market they aren't.
