Exactly, Phantom Dust is the good example ( or even Fable Legends ) that any CGI trailer can make a game look AAA

 

You must have seen a different CGI trailer then everyone else did for Phantom Dust because that CGI trailer didn't look impressive at all.  Also the orignal game wasn't a triple A title so I highly doubt that anyone believed that the reboot was going to be a triple A title.
