I don't think you can edit titles. I think most people get my point, however, especially superchunk. I see that i don't need to
@SanAndreasX
Are you serious? The Vita has Gravity Rush(new IP), Uncharted: Golden Abyss and Persona 4. Just with a quick google check you can see those games and tonsothers. The Wii U? Mass Effect(port) and a bunch of the same old Kart, Smash and Mario 3D land(side scroller not even in the levels of galaxy or sunshine) Nintendo has so little faith in the Wii U that they even release the same game(smash 4) for the DS to not lose money. I think you truly need to wake up and accept that nintendo needs to change their strategy, they messed up this generation. Most of the games you list like fire emblem and xenoblade you could pretty much get the same experience by buying a DS.

Going by your logic, you could get the same Uncharted experience by buying a PS3. Which is why the Vita failed. Nobody wanted a handheld to play games that would be better served by playing them on a PS3. For that matter, why would I want to play Xenoblade Chronicles X on a 3DS instead of a Wii U?
I don't need to wake up to anything. Nintendo needs to change their strategy. There was no denial of that on my part. Doesn't change the fact that your thread was fallacious at the outset and you started moving the goalposts when people called you out on it.

Because I would rather not spend money on a 3DS than buy a Wii U as I don't need it.
I have accomplished much more in my thread than I expected. I simply made a strong statement and then clarified it as I went along. It's funny how you are proving some implicit premises I had. The fact that, the Wii U is so awful that you need to 'grasp at straws' and bring up forgotten consoles in order to say its not the worst, shows how bad it truly is. Also what happened to phillips and atari? They are OUT of the hardware business. Just like Nintendo will be soon if they don't do something about it.

You made a fallacious premise ("worst console of all time") at the outset and were called out on it. Your "clarification" was covering your tracks when you got caught. As for forgotten consoles, clearly a number of people other than me remembered them, which is why you got called out on it. So you proved jack squat.
P.S. Atari was a major force in gaming a lot longer than Sega was. The gaming industry started with Atari, and they were outselling their nearest competitor 2-to-1 during the early 1980s. Sega was a major force in gaming for a whopping five years, at the peak of the Genesis, and they managed a second-place finish to Nintendo. They were an also-ran during Gen 3, they were an also-ran during Gen 5 (and hemorrhaging so much money the CEO of their parent company was having to donate money out of his own pocket to them to keep them afloat), and they didn't even last two years in Gen 6 before they pulled the plug on their hardware.
