Spain is seriously hardcore pro-Sony. They take it to a whole other level compared to most other countries.

They have about 8% of the whole european ps4 sales. (using current VGC numbers)

That's 20% for the vita. Western europe excluding UK is extremely pro-sony. But from what i see there they are pro-vita way more than the rest of europe.
