But you can't just take one parameter, say PS4 is better than PS3 in this case (while this is also subjective) and say you are done. There are way more parameters to consider.

PS4 will have much better software, a much lower price and more frequent price drops later on in its cycle due to Sony's well distributed component partners, which in turn would lead to much more support not only for Japan but across the world. And if people think sales of the PS4 are good or dominant right now...just wait until the redesign. I'm almost convinced that the PS4 can outsell PS3 in Japan and the PS4 just gets better all the time.
