I think Nintendo are doing the smart thing. The Zelda unveil plus announcement of star fix etc went with Mario Kart 8 hitting and through last year showed Nintendo weren't giving up on the console and assuring potential buyers it had a future. Over 12 months later nothing has shifted.
So they're delivering what was promised. Putting out a few cheap 3DS games and looks like all their major resources are now going into NX. It's the smart move.
Get the major Wii U software back out in NXs early life to pad out the launch and give non Wii U owners the chance to try them as 3D World and MK8 etc won't have aged a bit.
