People love to do things that are fun, exercising at a gym isn't until you get friends at the gym, if Wiifit had online multiplayer I would probably do back flips. I read this autobiography of a guy who used it for 3 months to lose his weight, his goal was to lose it before his marriage. (He married some hawt asian woman.) I'm not getting it though... maybe another time, I'm too hardcore for that piece of plastic. |
There is far more to physical fitness than merely losing weight. You can stop eating for a week and certainly lose weight that way (though it may have a few minor negative side effects). It's a mixture of activity and diet.
To me it's like those cereal commercials that always end with "as part of a balanced breakfast" which ends up being highly misleading as many cereals can actually be quite bad for you since by themselves they are not a balanced breakfast. Losing weight with WiiFit could probably be done. Losing weight without WiiFit could also probably be done just as easily.
