All i know is overall top 16 are 132k+ in sales (this includes VC). Splatoon hitting over Shovel Knight would definitely mean its in the 40k-60k range, we dont have exact numbers, except for HW being way over 21k (for bottom list)

Well if we use the info linked by baloofarsan, and once Splatoon passes Shovel Knight, it would actually be way past that mark already. Probably in the 75k-90k mark.
