1280 x 1080, a 1080p rendering resolution. 1080 lines progressively displayed/rendered, he doesn't agree it's 1080p because it's below the resolution of current FullHD TVs. It's a much higher resolution than 720p games though (also vertical resolution is most relevant to the human eye).
The Super Stardust HD guys are very competent coders, they made some of the most impressive Amiga games. They stated they still have a lot of headroom for future games. And I agree it's a lot more impressive than any downloadable 360 game so far.

Just wait until you see the progress made to Motorstorm Pacifica and Resistance 2. Sequels to the two most impressive launch games.
