There are much better devices for Netflix & Co. The Fire TV Stick (remote control included) for example, which streams 1080p: http://www.amazon.com/Amazon-W87CUN-Fire-TV-Stick/dp/B00GDQ0RMG

The best quality with PS TV (which need an additional controller for $20 - $40, even if you only want to use it for video streaming) is 720p for videos and 544p for games.
