Manga actually starts releasing next week in Japan.

Is it drawn by Toriyama though? Or just pics taken from the anime?

Dragon Ball Super is set to begin airing in Japan on Fuji TV, July 5th, 2015.[3] Akira Toriyama alongside Toyotaro will be handling a manga adaptation and it is going to be released in V-Jump monthly.[4] 


Now, I will hope the localization won't take forever.
