Yeah I'm not so sure what's so funny about the Halo 3 case :P That game probably had a bigger budget, and was EXCLUSIVE, and made from THE HEAVENLY BLESSED WITH MAD SKILLZ BUNGIE ~trumpets blare~. This is a multi-plat made by Rockstar of all companies, as mentioned before was lead designed on the 360, if one game this gen was NOT GOING TO BE ABOUT INSANE GRAPHIX, I would imagine this to be it no o.O?
Laughable that it's 620p on the PS3? Sure :) But at least if Rockstar couldn't utilize the SPE's to they're fullest, they went with the safe route. And as a result of such made a cleaner game (which I thought was going to be a sloppy mess to be honest on the PS3 xD ). Halo 3 has ZERO excuse. I'll give Rockstar a get out of jail free card :P
