One reason is parity from devs, but another is VR requiring almost twice the gpu power to fully do VR in comparison to a regular 1080p. Parity might be a thing now, but when VR sets off, even if MS pays the devs a lot, the devs wont be able to scale down the ps4 version to match the x1, or the x1 will not be able to run the game in VR to beging with. |
