I really don't think it's as bad as a 5/10. I'd give it a solid 8 as a theater experience and I'd recommend the biggest and most crowded theater you can find. It has some great moments near the end that had the whole theater go bananas when I went on premier night. I was expecting a big dumb movie about dinosaurs fighting but it exercized a lot more restraint than I thought it would and built up to the big climax moments. This avoided exhaustion and really made me anticipate the final confrontation which cashed the check in spades! There were 4 rounds of applause and one deafening thunderstorm of appluase in the last 15 minutes and it was a really fun night at the theaters.
