Americans are sometimes known for being a little overzealous with their suing or their entitlement with everything. I eventually want to travel the world and experience everything. It's more difficult to do that when everyone thinks you're gonna sue 'em.

It's a fair point (believe me, as an American, we are an extremely litigious country), but this man clearly isn't traveling the world, and at least on face value, his actions do seem to have merit.

It's 50/50 whether he's right in suing or he's fishing for easy money. I generally side against whoever is suing some company or someone in america for money. Too many americans are starting to just sue others over anything no matter if they're in the right or not.

Al Shapton's daughter is trying to sue a city over her ankle/leg getting hurt on a cracked sidewalk and the next weekend she's posting pics on social media of her mountain climbing.
