The cat said diminishing returns, not that they don't stack. See for yourself by going into the test range with a non rapid fire weapon and gradually increase the number of attack ups you have equiped.

really? im like 100% she said dont stuck. Maybe its a translation error (playing in german) or i just remember wrong
