Since they will probably at least try to fix the poor framerate of the PS3 version, I think framerate would likely be scalable as opposed to being tethered with gamespeed. Usually games that have poor framerates are optimized without gamespeed being a factor otherwise the desyncing of cutscenes or slowdown of cutscenes would happen, as you described.

haha Yeah. I would just buy the PS4 retail version and trade it in after I'm done with it.
