PS4 sold 197k last year, not 199k (it was April).

And i seriusly doubt PS4 is up April to May... last year was down with Watch_Dogs, there is no way for be up this time considering The Witcher is not big like Watch_Dogs... (at least at launch)

Yeah thats why I think it shall be down yoy, also bundle in June factors.
