i think Konami already announced it is for PS4, XBOX 1 and PC. 

They could still look to do a handheld version in the future now. Now that EA have thrown in the towell on 3DS and Vita, particularly Japan and Asia is now a competition free market for them. Good time to ressurect the 3DS version and look to a Vita version. Especially as their Baseball series has started doing some decent(ish) numbers on Vita now and PES has a global appeal.

UEFA deal is cool... but I wish they'd get the Sky Bet Championship so the mighty Terriers can finally properly be in the game haha.
