Although, I do remember being sorely disappointed years back when a friend of mine and I wanted to play a game together and he had to leave my house and drive 15 miles Tipp his house so we can play together. *shrugs shoulders* |
Friends tried to organize a FIFA online party and after weeks of issues we all just went to one house and all played on the same screen and had a blast. To me online will never replace the feel of being with a friend. I really hate how multi player in games feels so backward now compared to 15 years ago.
2000 - One system, one game, four controllers = Evening of fun with friends
2015 - Four systems, four games, four controllers and an online connection = Unreliable and less enjoyable evening with friends
Hurray progress.
