Give yourself more credit.
We've come a long way from where we started.
You definately know what moves to use in what situation, so all you need to work on is your mind games.
Predict and manipulate.
P.S.
Going up against CPU's are only good for developing combos and techniques.
You have to go up against people to improve your mind games.
