no, if am correct and is just skin swaps, that answers your question, yes mario kart can be part of mario galaxy because having 30 characters is irrelevant, if not, and every character has an important difference when you choose them to race, then im wrong, and is silly to think that mario kart can be part of mario galaxy as a simple in game minigame.
