Splatoon is a cash grab try by Nintendo by pricing at $60 and locking some content behind Amiboo so they are extracating more money out of a small budget/Indie level efforts game compared to AAA level game budgets and efforts needd by other game developers. Splatoon is good fun game but the pricce and content they offer is not worth. Just because the game is fun does not mean we have to pay $60 for a 30-40$ efforts game and its ok if any is fine with ths but they should remember that they are supporting a bad practice here which might hurt all gamers in future. |
Or you're asking them to keep focusing on the gameplay, the thing that determines whether content even matters. It's because of said gameplay being so good is why I've already played Splatoon longer than I have most AAA games, hence it's value exceeds all those games to me, so yeah I have absolutely no problem with having paid $60 for it, and this is even before all the free additional content arrives.
