So I kicked my own ass in the gym today. Set a new Romanian Deadlift PB as well as a Bent-Over Row PB (both in a set of 6 reps). Pretty proud of that. Getting close to my goals as well.
Not as easy as I thought it would be, though. It's tough to push myself so hard after 10 hour work shifts. Thank god for pre-workout.
