Well yes, not all games appeal to everyone, but you are flat out ignoring a genre of gaming and acting as if splatoon is the first game to have done things right. The games I listed are rated T or below, and I will also include timesplitters 2 and metroid prime trilogy (both are also rated T) as examples of games that can be enjoyed by everyone (I am enjoying metroid prime 2: echoes now actually). Splatoon may be good for a child, but metroid prime is literally one of the greatest games of all time, and it is rated T just like super smash bros brawl |
Lol when my son was 8 Metroid Prime would have given him nightmares. You ignored my question about having played Splatoon. You may well ignore this one too: Do you have children? I see you are 42, if you did have children would you have let them watch Nightmare on Elm Street when they were 8? What about a Porno? Some things are apporpriate at different ages and for different people. That is why we have a rating system. It is why most of the world has rating systems for various media.
I ignored it initially but I will not any longer, telling someone how to raise their chidren or what they should expose their children to is not very classy. Double so when you don't even know the child. Notice neither of us said anything like NO Children should play COD before they are teens. We were talking about our children. If you haven't even played the game itself you have not even a leg to stand on when it comes to what a child should play, or if it is even a good introduction to the genere.
