Well, the game was about... 10% percent complete, I think, when they revealed it at E3 last year? They`re probably releasing some content later because it wasn`t ready. SP probably wasn`t a thing either at the time. I think some of it is a weird strategy they`re doing, but I suspect they`re still making some of the content they`re promising for later. That`s how I see it at least.
