Y'know with Konami jumping the shark, maybe it wouldn't be such a bad idea perhaps if Nintendo moved in on the Metal Gear franchise and started getting their own line of Metal Gear games for their platforms with Platinum as the developer.
At least the Metal Gear IP carries some decent catchet still, moreso than something like Wonderful 102 would, which lets be honest ... that would sell like 70,000 copies and then never be heard from again.
