I think it's likely they'll announce something. They've been teasing that they're working on something for a while now and Tropical Freeze is old enough for them to be far enough with something new...
Considering this tweet, it'll be a reboot of Dig Dug. Obviously. It doesn't matter that Dig Dug is a Namco game, it'll just be... Dig Dug.
