The developers didn't consider them worthy of E3, or they have more important things to show, so they took some out of the way.
Although, don't really get Fallout 4's announcement date.
Bet with bluedawgs: I say Switch will outsell PS4 in 2018, he says PS4 will outsell Switch. He's now permabanned, but the bet will remain in my sig.
