No. 3DS is overtracked by a massive million, if not more... (there is a chance for be at 2 million overtracked...)
3DS is at 50.1 million by end of year according to VGChartz. Assuming is over by a octimist 1 million, it is at 49.1 million by end of 2014. You think will sell 12.8 million this year?
