I have a feeling that they have upgraded their exclusive rights to full exclusive. To not label TR as an exclusive in any form could mean secret announcement at E3.

No, a label saying "First on Xbox" or "Timed exclusive" would just be underwhelming and a label saying "Console exclusive" would be a lie. Better to not write anything at all then.

Yeah they dont want to be ashamed or trolled when thé game will be announced on PS4 ( would be funny if it was announced at E3 even before release)
