Doen't matter the console sales, we already see how strong is the attach rate with a Nintendo console.

That's not my prediction. PS4 has outsold Wii U in US bya  huge number, that's FACT. And usually only a few games have very good attach rates on Nintendo consoles. Splatoon is not likely to have that attach rate.
