Actually, there's no set date for when they're comming. Last week everything came to ioi early, but sometimes it might come late. Europe is pretty much monday 50-60% of the time, tuesday 30-40 and wednesday around 10%.
America is pretty much anything from monday to thursday, and Japan tuesday to friday.
